Early Years Educator (Key Person) 🌟

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for a small group of children, ensuring their well-being and fostering their growth and development. Working alongside our experienced qualified staff, you'll create engaging learning experiences tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
What you'll be doing:
- Become a trusted Key Person: Provide 1-2-1 care and support for your key children, focusing on their individual needs and development. 🤝
- Champion Learning & Development: Support your key group in achieving EYFS learning objectives through thoughtful planning and observation. 🧠
- Craft Engaging Learning Journeys: Document and celebrate each child's progress and development with personalized learning journeys. 🚀
- Master the EYFS: Develop a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage principles and practices. ✅
- Create a Playful & Stimulating Environment: Design and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and encourage learning. 🎉
- Prepare Awesome Resources: Create and maintain engaging learning materials and resources to support your planning. ✂️
- Keep Detailed Records: Accurately record daily routines and observations, adhering to nursery systems. 📝
- Build Strong Parent Partnerships: Share daily updates and progress with parents, nurturing strong home-school connections. 🗣️
- Uphold Policies & Procedures: Understand and implement all nursery policies and procedures to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. 🛡️
- Maintain a Safe & Tidy Space: Assist with daily domestic duties to ensure the nursery is consistently safe, secure, and clean. ✨

Key responsibilities
