What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact! 📞 Answer incoming calls, gather initial client info, and provide a warm welcome at reception.
- Handle client queries 💬 and assist with their needs, all under the guidance of our solicitors.
- Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments, diaries, and sending out reminders 🗓️.
- Master our filing systems (both digital and physical!) – opening, maintaining, and organizing case files with precision.
- Tech-savvy tasks: Scan, upload, and save documents to our case-management system, and get experience uploading info to important online portals like the Home Office. 💻
- Draft routine correspondence and emails ✉️, and chase clients for necessary documents and information.
- Lend a hand with filling out forms and the admin side of legal applications.
- Help put together and organize important document bundles.
- Connect with clients, solicitors, barristers, and other professionals as needed.
- Keep meticulous records of calls, messages, and all your hard work. ✍️
- Handle general office tasks, filing, and document management like a pro.
- Support our legal teams with supervised casework as your skills grow! 💪

Key responsibilities
