What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• 👋 Greeting patients with a smile and helping them book their appointments.
• 💬 Answering patient questions like a pro, keeping it professional and helpful.
• 🛠️ Getting our surgeries prepped, sterilising instruments like a hygiene hero, and keeping everything up to CQC standards.
• 🤝 Working alongside our clinicians during treatments and keeping patient records on point (GDPR friendly, of course!).
• 💖 Making sure our patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have the best dental experience ever.
• 📦 Keeping an eye on our stock, equipment, and making sure our surgeries are always ready to go.
• 🧼 Keeping our clinical areas spotless, safe, and fully equipped.
• 🤐 Upholding patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality – it’s a big deal!

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and assisting with appointment scheduling
• Handling basic patient enquiries professionally and appropriately
• Preparing surgeries, sterilising instruments, and maintaining infection control
• Assisting clinicians during treatments and accurately updating patient records
• Monitoring and managing stock, equipment, and surgery readiness
