HR Generalist:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Learn the art of crafting compelling job adverts that attract top talent. ✍️
  • Master candidate attraction strategies, sourcing, assessment, and selection processes.
  • Take the lead on crucial onboarding tasks, including Right to Work checks, issuing employment contracts, and reference verifications. ✅

Key responsibilities

  • Update HR systems with new starter and leaver records.
  • Monitor key dates and changes across employee information, absence, and performance management.
  • Assist with talent acquisition activities including candidate attraction, sourcing, assessment, and selection.
  • Lead on onboarding activities, including Right to Work checks, issuing employment contracts, and referencing.
  • Get involved with process improvement projects and support the apprenticeship team.

Entry requirements
