What you'll be doing:

  • Answering calls from customers and logging their issues in our system. 📝
  • Troubleshooting common tech problems like software access, PC issues (think that pesky mute button! 🔇), and internet connectivity. 🌐
  • Providing friendly and helpful advice and support over the phone. 🗣️
  • Responding to customer emails. 📧
  • Arranging and managing repairs for equipment. 🔧
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their repairs. 📦
  • Handling other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly. ✨
  • Potentially assisting with basic hardware repairs.
