What you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues, tackling IT issues and keeping everyone productive. 🤝
  • Log, update, and resolve support requests via our Service Desk – think of yourself as a tech problem-solver! 🛠️
  • Set up and keep our laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other IT gear running smoothly. 💻📱
  • Get involved with user accounts, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory admin. 🧠
  • Help out with basic network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure tasks. 🌐
  • Assist with system updates, maintenance, and backups to keep things secure. 🛡️
  • Follow all our IT security, data protection, and company procedures. ✅
  • Support exciting IT projects, from upgrades to installations and migrations. ✨
  • Keep our IT asset and user records super accurate. 📊
  • Collaborate with suppliers and third parties when needed. 📞
