- Maintaining a spotless surgery, ensuring all equipment and instruments are clean, and handling general housekeeping. ๐งน
- Accurately recording important patient information as directed by the dentist. โ๏ธ
- Managing appointments, answering phone calls professionally, and handling data entry on our computer systems. ๐ป
- Providing administrative support and keeping patient records accurate and confidential. ๐คซ
- Interacting with patients daily, making them feel welcome, and offering reassurance, especially to those who are a bit nervous. Your goal is to make their visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible! ๐๐ฆท

Key responsibilities
- Working alongside the dentist, taking instructions from them and responding in an appropriate manner
- Maintaining good infection control procedures and adhering to policies and protocols
- Ensuring the cleanliness of surgery, equipment and instruments used and carrying out general housekeeping duties
- Dictate information from the dentist and record patient information correctly
- Arrange appointments, answering calls and inputting data on the computer

GCSE in: (English (grade Grade 4 / C), Maths (grade Grade 4 / C))
