- Assisting the team with creating quotes, invoices, and delivery documents. 📄
- Keeping our customer and supplier records shipshape, including our CRM/database. 📊
- Providing general admin support to the sales team, like managing diaries and correspondence. 🗓️✍️
- Helping arrange shipping and courier collections, and getting the paperwork sorted. 📦
- Organising and filing both digital and physical records – keeping things neat and tidy! 📁
- Handling general office duties, like keeping stationery stocked and communal areas looking good. 🖊️
- Supporting with stock and inventory administration. 📈
- Getting involved in exciting ad hoc projects across the business! 💡
- Working on your apprenticeship coursework and assignments, with dedicated study time. 📚

Key responsibilities
- Answering calls and directing incoming calls and emails professionally
- Processing customer orders and purchase orders onto their system, under guidance
- Supporting the team with preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery paperwork
- Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records, including CRM/database
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including diary management and correspondence
