What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepping, polishing, and organizing all the cool technical gear before the show starts. 🛠️
• Loading and unloading equipment like a pro, ensuring it gets from A to B safely. 💪
• Helping set up awesome lighting, sound, and AV systems. 🎶
• Rigging staging and truss under expert guidance. 🧐
• Being a key player in operating tech during live events. 💡🔊
• Troubleshooting and fixing equipment when needed. 🔧
• Keeping all our gear in tip-top, safe, and ready-to-go condition. ✅
• Reading and following technical plans like a boss. 📜
• Always working safely, following all the rules. 💯
• Doing thorough equipment checks before and after every event. 👀
• Helping out in the warehouse with stock and prep. 📦
• Mastering cable management and network setups. 🌐
• Learning to programme and run lighting and audio systems. 🎛️
• Being part of the hustle during de-rigs and returns. 🏃‍♀️
• Chatting effectively with your team, clients, and venue staff. 🗣️
• Being a reliable and awesome team member in a fast-paced environment. 👯‍♀️

• Assist with the installation of lighting, sound and AV systems
• Support the operation of technical equipment during live events
