What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping Tabs: You'll be the guardian of our flight training curriculum, ensuring all revisions are spot on. 🧐
  • Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Maintain our electronic and paper records for both Flight Instructors and students with precision. 🗂️
  • Instructor Liaison: Connect with our contract Flight Instructors, building stellar relationships and ensuring clear communication. 🤝
  • Prepping for Liftoff: Get student training files and materials ready before each course kicks off. 📖
  • System Savvy: Utilize IPSS and LMS systems to assign students and manage training records. 💻
  • Student Mastermind: Monitor grading sheets and keep our student master files pristine. 📊
  • Certification Champion: Handle the completion, certification, and archiving of student records. ✅
  • Financial Flow: Reconcile contract instructor invoices and provide key summaries. 💰
  • Pre-Flight Checks: Verify student pre-requisites before they start their training journey. 📝
  • Resource Runner: Liaise with vendors to ensure we have all the training materials we need. 📦
  • Purchase Power: Process purchase orders for the Flight Training department, following company procedures. 🛒
  • Scheduling Sleuth: Collaborate with the Scheduling team to assign instructors and resolve any resource conflicts. 🗓️
  • Meeting Maven: Represent the Flight Training team at weekly Campus meetings. 🗣️
  • Stock Manager: Maintain adequate supplies of essential training materials. 📚
  • Instructor Matchmaker: Work closely with instructors and agencies to ensure we have the right coverage for all training. 🎯
  • System Entry: Assign instructors and students in the IPSS system for all training. ✍️
  • Problem Solver: Team up with TRM to tackle and resolve emergent changes efficiently. 💡

  • Proficiency in record-keeping (both electronic and paper).
  • Experience with systems like IPSS and LMS is a plus!
