You'll dive deep into our Training and Volunteer departments, helping us support professionals and families. This role is a killer combo of hands-on admin, coordination, communication, and a fully supported apprenticeship that'll land you a legit qualification. 🎓
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Training:
- Getting online and in-person training sessions set up and running smoothly (think scheduling, prepping materials, and managing attendee lists). 🗓️
- Helping out with our e-learning and courses you can buy.
- Being the friendly voice for training enquiries, responding quickly and professionally. 💬
- Keeping booking, attendance, and feedback records super neat and tidy. 📊
- Helping to refresh our training materials and systems (like LearnUpon or similar).
- Making sure our training is accessible for everyone. 👍
- Assisting with the online delivery of training.
- Volunteering Support:
- Streamlining the recruitment and onboarding process for our amazing volunteers.
- Keeping volunteer records and databases up-to-date. 📂
- Being a key point of contact for volunteers, sharing updates and training info.
- Helping to organise volunteer training sessions and events. 🎉
- Rescheduling advice line appointments when needed.
- Helping distribute information service queries.
- Assisting with managing TSS referrals and waiting lists.
- General Admin Awesome:
- Drafting and sending professional emails and communications. ✉️
- Maintaining accurate records with a keen eye on data protection.
- Helping to organise meetings, including agendas and taking notes. 📝
- Collaborating with different teams to keep things running smoothly day-to-day.
- Answering office calls with a smile! 😊

Key responsibilities
