- Getting to grips with daily paperwork and understanding its importance. ✍️

- Starting to take observations and understand how they help us assess children's development. 📊
- Learning to complete basic risk assessments to keep everyone safe. 🛡️
- Confidently chatting with parents and carers, picking up on important information during handovers. 🗣️
