IT Support Technician 🧑‍💻

Are you a tech-savvy whiz looking to kickstart your career in IT? We're on the hunt for a motivated individual to join our awesome team as an IT Support Technician! You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, helping our colleagues get back up and running in no time. 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for technical support needs across the company. 📞
• Figuring out and fixing hardware, software, and network problems. 🛠️
• Setting up and getting new laptops, desktops, phones, and other gadgets ready to go. 📱
• Helping out with Microsoft 365 apps, managing user accounts, and permissions. 🔑
• Installing and keeping Windows operating systems and essential business software updated. 💻
• Lending a hand with our network, ensuring smooth connectivity and troubleshooting any hiccups. 🌐
• Keeping our IT equipment organised, tracking assets, and updating important documentation. 📝
• Championing cybersecurity best practices, from securing devices to deploying new tech. 🛡️
