• Answering patient questions like a pro and making sure they feel heard and cared for.
• Managing appointment schedules, booking in new visits and follow-ups with precision.
• Keeping our equipment squeaky clean and ready to go – sterilizing and prepping like a boss!
• Keeping patient records tidy and up-to-date.
• Focusing on patient comfort and ensuring they have a positive dental experience.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of our dental areas.
• Keeping track of our supplies and making sure we're stocked up.
• Pitching in wherever needed to support our dentists and senior team, ensuring we deliver amazing patient care.
