Front of House & Office Assistant 🤩
Ready to kickstart your career and be the face of our awesome office? We're on the hunt for a vibrant and organised individual to join our team as a Front of House & Office Assistant! If you're a people-person with a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this is your chance to shine. ✨
What you'll be doing:
- Be the First Impression: Answering and screening phone calls 📞, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the right person. You'll be greeting all our visitors with a smile and even whipping up some refreshments. ☕
- Logistics Master: Accepting deliveries 📦 and making sure the right team member knows they've arrived. You'll also be managing all incoming and outgoing post, scanning important documents, and sending them on their way. ✉️
- Office Guru: Printing, scanning, and laminating documents 📄 to keep our operations sharp. You'll also be a whiz at managing meeting room bookings via Outlook, ensuring everyone has a space to collaborate. 🗓️
- Vibe Curator: Maintaining our office and meeting rooms to a high standard, keeping everything tidy and looking its best. You'll be prepping the space for daily meetings and making sure attendees have what they need. 🌟
- Stock Savvy: Ordering and maintaining our supplies of stationery ✏️, kitchen essentials, coffee ☕, and all other office goodies.
- Information Hub: Keeping our telephone and contact lists on Outlook up-to-date. 📲
- Project Support: Assisting with setting up new projects and even contributing to our social media presence on Instagram & LinkedIn! 📱
- Event Extraordinaire: Lending a hand to our Executive PA with office socials and events. 🎉
- Admin Ace: Occasionally assisting Directors with typing and arranging transport and couriers. 🚗💨
- Reporting & Maintenance: Reporting any maintenance issues to Bruntwood Front of House. 🛠️
- Team Player: Working closely with the Executive PA and Finance Team. 🤝
- Content Creator: Taking the lead on creating and issuing our Quarterly Staff Newsletter. 📰
- All-Rounder: Tackling ad hoc duties as they come up – no two days are the same! 💪
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Proactive and a can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
- An interest in social media is a bonus! 🚀
