- Crafting awesome content for our social media feeds, website, blogs, and email campaigns that people will actually want to read and share. βοΈπ±
- Keeping our company website fresh and up-to-date with the latest info, making sure it's easy to find and ranks well on search engines. π
- Supporting the promotion of our apprenticeship and training programs with creative marketing efforts. π
- Assisting in creating eye-catching images, videos, and written content for all our marketing needs. πΈπ¬
- Boosting our brand awareness and engagement on social media by helping us run awesome campaigns. π
- Keeping an eye on how our campaigns are doing, checking website stats, SEO performance, and social media activity. π
- Doing some digging to gather market insights that help us make smart marketing decisions. π΅οΈββοΈ
- Representing us at events and networking opportunities to show off what we do. π€
- Helping to create compelling case studies, testimonials, and success stories that showcase our learners' achievements. π
- Keeping our marketing records neat and tidy. π
- Handling website, social media, and marketing inquiries, making sure they get to the right person. β‘οΈ
- Teaming up with colleagues across the company to hit our goals and make our customers happy. π€
- Bringing your ideas and feedback to team meetings to help shape our future marketing strategies. π‘
- Staying in the loop with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. π€
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to learners, employers, and stakeholders.
- Support the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms and promotional materials.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company website, including SEO optimisation.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and social media activity.
