  • Safety First! Look after your own health and safety, and that of everyone around you. โœ…
  • Infection Control Champion: Master the art of keeping things squeaky clean and sterile โ€“ from setting up the surgery to sterilising instruments. ๐Ÿงผ
  • X-Ray Rockstar (with training!): Assist in taking radiographs. ๐Ÿ“ธ
  • Equipment Guru: Maintain and decontaminate all dental equipment according to instructions. ๐Ÿ”ง
  • Record Keeper: Help keep patient records accurate and up-to-date. ๐Ÿ“
  • Stock Master: Keep an eye on supplies and make sure we're always stocked up. ๐Ÿ“ฆ

Key responsibilities

  • Provide chairside support to the dentist during treatment
  • Set up and prepare the treatment room appropriately for each patient
  • Monitor, support and reassure patients
  • Perform infection control procedures, including cleaning and sterilising instruments and equipment
  • Assist with reception, clerical duties, and patient record keeping
