About the role

🌟 Kickstart your career in Business Admin with an amazing apprenticeship at a large College! 🌟

Join our dynamic Student Services team and gain hands-on experience supporting our Front of House Administrator and Student Services Team Leader. You'll be the first friendly face (or voice!) for students, visitors, staff, and partners, making sure everyone feels welcome and gets the help they need. 🤝

What you'll be doing:

  • Being the go-to person at reception, answering calls and emails with a smile! 📞📧
  • Acting as a positive ambassador for the College, showing off our inclusive and helpful vibe. ✨
  • Helping with all sorts of admin tasks: booking rooms 🗓️, sorting post ✉️, managing printing 🖨️, preparing certificates 📜, processing forms 📝, and keeping records shipshape.
  • Assisting with organising awesome College events, meetings, and enrolment days – from planning to making sure everything runs smoothly. 🎉
  • Supporting communications for prospective and current students.
  • Using College IT systems like a pro to get things done efficiently. 💻

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A brilliant communicator with a knack for customer service. 🗣️
  • Detail-oriented and super organised. 🧐
  • Eager to learn and a fantastic team player. 🧠
  • Ready to maintain confidentiality, follow procedures, and keep everyone safe and respected (including safeguarding, equality, diversity, inclusion, and British Values). ✅

This is your chance to build valuable skills in business administration, customer service, and education support. Develop your confidence, organisation, and digital skills, and get a real understanding of how a large college works! 🚀
