What You'll Be Doing:

  • 🍽️ Mastering Front-of-House: Lead and oversee our amazing guest experience during shifts, making sure everyone gets a truly authentic and unforgettable Thai meal.
  • 💪 Inspiring Your Team: Motivate and guide your colleagues, setting a high standard for professionalism and service every step of the way.
  • 📅 Orchestrating the Flow: Manage table bookings, special events like cooking classes, and exclusive private dining experiences.
  • 🗣️ Menu Masters: Brief the team on our delicious menu, daily specials, and dietary options so they can be customer service superstars.
  • 🎓 Developing Talent: Help train and mentor new team members, sharing your growing expertise.
  • 👂 Problem Solvers: Handle customer questions and any issues with a calm and professional approach.
  • 📊 Operations Guru: Support with stock control, ordering, and planning to keep things running smoothly, minimise waste, and stick to our budget.
  • ✅ Safety First: Ensure we're always up to scratch with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
  • 📢 Marketing Mavericks: Get involved in our marketing and promo activities, working with our social media and events crew.
  • 💻 Tech Savvy: Learn to use our booking and operational systems, including our handy staff SOP app.
