What you'll be doing (and loving!):
- Teaming up with experienced practitioners to boost children's learning, growth, and happiness. π₯°
- Building awesome, caring, and respectful connections with kids, their families, and our amazing team. π€
- Championing children's development through fun play, engaging activities, and daily routines. π§Έ
- Helping to create a super safe, welcoming, and stimulating space where kids can thrive. π
- Observing and learning how we support each child's unique needs and interests. π
- Assisting with activities that spark kids' social, emotional, physical, and educational journeys. π‘
- Getting clued up on safeguarding, health & safety, and best practices in early years. π‘οΈ
- Attending training and smashing your Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship goals! π

- Work alongside experienced practitioners to support childrenβs learning, development and wellbeing.
- Build positive, caring and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Support children through play, activities and everyday routines.
- Help create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children.
- Support activities that encourage childrenβs social, emotional, physical and educational development.
