Job Title: Learning Support Assistant 📚✨

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, guided by our amazing classroom teachers and Inclusion team. 🤝
• Helping to bring lesson plans to life and facilitating exciting, ambitious learning activities. 🚀
• Delivering targeted interventions and general class support to boost learning. 💪
• Implementing agreed-upon strategies and activities for specific pupils and groups. 💡
• Collaborating with teachers to develop and execute programmes of work, ensuring we're hitting pupil targets and finding the best ways to get there. 🎯
• Assisting in communication with other professionals, always maintaining strict confidentiality. 🤫
• Contributing to pupil observation, keeping records, and participating in assessments. 📊
• Monitoring, recording, and analysing pupil data (like worksheets!) when requested by the teacher. 📈
• Organising and collating pupil reports as needed. 📄
• Attending essential TA/staff meetings, planning sessions, and training opportunities. 🧠
• Lending a hand with school events and special occasions throughout the year (where applicable). 🎉
• Assisting with general classroom administrative tasks, such as photocopying. 🖨️
• Supporting pupils on educational trips (if applicable). 🚌
• Providing First Aid and/or playground supervision during lunch breaks (if required). 🩹⚽
