Early Years Practitioner 👶📚

• Dreaming up and delivering super fun, age-appropriate play activities that link to their learning and individual talents. 🎨🧸
• Being a guardian, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in our care. 🛡️💖
• Taking on the role of a "Key Person," building a special connection with a group of children and their families. 👋👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Observing, assessing, and documenting the amazing progress and developmental leaps of each child. 📝🚀
• Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels seen, valued, and can be their unique self. 🌈
• Building fantastic relationships with parents and carers, sharing in the excitement of their child's growth. 🗣️🤝
• Being a pro at following our policies and procedures, keeping everything running smoothly. ✅

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support for children aged 0-5 years, including feeding, nappy changing, and toileting.
• Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care.
• Plan, provide, and support age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum.
• Work as part of a team to deliver and meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents/carers.
