• Being a superhero for our youngest learners (0-5 years old), handling all their daily essentials like feeding 🍼, diaper duty 🧼, and potty training 🚽.
• Teaming up with our incredible crew to bring the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to life for every child. 🌟
• Brainstorming and delivering super fun, age-appropriate play activities that align with the curriculum and cater to each child's unique spark. 🎨
• Being the ultimate guardian, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children is our top priority. 🛡️
• Becoming a "Key Person" for a special group of children and their families, building strong, supportive bonds. 🤗
• Observing, assessing, and documenting the amazing learning and development journeys of our little stars. 📝
• Creating a stimulating and supportive space where every child can thrive and be their awesome selves. 🌈

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with children aged 0-5, attending to their daily needs.
• Plan and support age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum.
• Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s learning and development progress.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents/carers.
