Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support for children aged 0-5, including daily needs.
  • Plan and support age-appropriate play opportunities in line with curriculum and individual needs.
  • Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s learning and development progress.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents/carers.
