  • Being the ultimate support system for our dentists chairside, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. โœ…

  • Greeting patients with a warm smile and helping them navigate appointments. ๐Ÿ‘‹
  • Answering patient questions professionally and with a friendly vibe. ๐Ÿ‘
  • Getting our surgeries ready to go โ€“ think sterilising instruments like a pro and keeping things super clean and safe (CQC standards, here we come! โœจ).
  • Assisting our clinicians during treatments, from simple check-ups to more complex procedures. ๐Ÿ’‰
  • Keeping patient records up-to-date and accurate, all while respecting confidentiality. ๐Ÿ“
  • Making sure our patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a positive dental experience from start to finish. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians while ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
  • Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic patient enquiries.
  • Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR.
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas.
