Job Title: Early Years Practitioner β¨

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be:
- π Providing essential daily care, including feeding, nappy changing, and supporting toileting routines.
- π€ Collaborating with a fantastic team to meet the exciting requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage for every child.
- π‘ Crafting and delivering engaging, age-appropriate play activities tailored to the curriculum and each child's unique journey.
- π‘οΈ Upholding the utmost standards for safeguarding and the welfare of all children in your care.
- π Becoming a dedicated Key Person, building strong connections with an allocated group of children and their families.
- π Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning and development progress.
- π Creating an inclusive and stimulating environment that celebrates every child's individuality.
- π£οΈ Cultivating positive and supportive relationships with parents and carers.
- π Adhering to all our setting's policies and procedures with professionalism.
- π€« Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
