- Caring for our little ones' daily needs, including feeding πΌ, nappy changes π§Ό, and toileting.
- Working collaboratively with a fantastic team to meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. π€
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate play experiences that cater to each child's unique learning journey. π¨
- Championing the safeguarding and welfare of every child in your care. β€οΈ
- Becoming a "Key Person" for a group of children and their families, building strong relationships. π
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress and development. π
- Creating a stimulating and supportive environment where every child can thrive. π±

- Following our policies and procedures to ensure a safe and nurturing setting. β

Key responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support for children aged 0-5, including feeding, nappy changing, and toileting.
- Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children.
- Plan and support age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum.
- Observe, assess, and record childrenβs learning and development progress.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
