What You'll Be Doing:
- Caring for our little stars: You'll be hands-on, looking after their daily needs like feeding π, changing nappies πΌ, and supporting with toileting.
- Team Player Vibes: Work collaboratively to ensure we're hitting all the awesome goals of the Early Years Foundation Stage. π€
- Sparking Curiosity: Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate play activities that align with the curriculum and each child's unique journey. π¨
- Keeping Them Safe: Your top priority will be safeguarding and ensuring the well-being of every child in your care. π‘οΈ
- Becoming a Key Person: Build strong, positive relationships with a dedicated group of children and their families, becoming their go-to person. π
- Observing & Nurturing Growth: Watch, assess, and document the amazing learning and development progress of each child. π
- Creating Magic: Design and maintain an environment that supports the individual needs of every unique child. π
- Building Connections: Foster excellent relationships with parents and carers. π¬

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with children aged 0-5 years old, looking after their daily needs such as feeding, nappy changing and toileting
- Plan, provide and support age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum and individual needs
- Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care
- Observe, assess and record childrenβs learning and development progress
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents/carers
