  • Supporting children with their daily needs, including feeding, nappy changing, and toileting. 🍼🚽
  • Collaborating with a fantastic team to deliver high-quality care aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage. 🀝
  • Planning and providing engaging, age-appropriate play opportunities tailored to each child's development. 🎨🧩
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care is our top priority. ❀️
  • Acting as a "key person," building strong relationships with a group of children and their families. πŸ‘‹
  • Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning and developmental progress. πŸ“
  • Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that caters to every child's unique needs. 🌱

  • Adhering to all nursery policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality. 🀫

What you'll need:

  • A genuine love for working with children. πŸ₯°
  • Previous experience working with children is essential.
  • Ideally, you'll have your Childcare Level 2 qualification. πŸ‘

Key responsibilities

  • To work closely with children aged 0-5 years old, looking after their daily needs such as feeding, nappy changing and toileting
  • To plan, provide and support age-appropriate play opportunities in line with the curriculum and individual needs of the children in your care
  • To ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care
  • To be a key person to an allocated number of children and their families
  • To work as part of a team to deliver and meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage for all children
