As a Dental Nurse, you'll be the backbone of our clinical team, providing top-notch chairside support to our clinicians. Your mission: ensure exceptional patient care, maintain strict confidentiality, and absolutely nail GDPR compliance. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

What you'll be doing daily:

  • Patient Rockstar: Greeting patients with a smile and helping them navigate appointment scheduling. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ
  • Info Guru: Professionally handling basic patient questions and inquiries. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ
  • Sterile Squad Leader: Getting our surgeries prepped, sterilising instruments like a pro, and keeping infection control on point (think CQC standards!). ๐Ÿงฝ
  • Clinician's Wingperson: Assisting dentists during treatments and keeping patient records accurate and GDPR-ready. ๐Ÿ’ป
  • Comfort Champion: Making sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have an awesome dental experience. ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • Stock & Shine Manager: Keeping an eye on supplies, equipment, and making sure our surgeries are always ready to go. ๐Ÿš€
  • Cleanliness Crusader: Maintaining spotless, safe, and fully equipped clinical spaces. ๐Ÿงผ
  • Privacy Protector: Upholding patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality with the utmost integrity. ๐Ÿคซ

Key responsibilities

  • Provide chairside assistance to clinicians during treatments
  • Maintain high standards of patient care, privacy, and confidentiality
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and ensure infection control
  • Assist with patient welcoming, enquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and ensure surgery readiness
