• Getting surgeries prepped, sterilising instruments like a boss, and keeping our infection control game strong (CQC standards, of course!). 🧼
• Being a superhero assistant during treatments and keeping patient records on point. ✍️
• Making sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a fantastic dental experience from start to finish. 😊
• Keeping our stock, equipment, and surgeries in check and ready to roll. 🚀
• Maintaining super clean, safe, and fully kitted-out clinical areas. 🌟
• Upholding patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times – it's our VIP treatment! 🤫

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
• Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic enquiries.
• Accurately update patient records and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and maintain clinical area readiness.
