What you'll be doing:

  • Lending a hand to our vets and vet nurses during examinations and procedures, ensuring our patients are handled safely and comfortably. πŸ€—
  • Providing top-notch general care for our animals, including feeding, exercise, keeping their spaces sparkling clean, and keeping a close eye on them. ✨
  • Getting consult rooms, treatment areas, and kennels prepped and ready for action. 🧼
  • Helping out with some reception tasks – think answering calls, booking appointments, and processing payments. πŸ“žπŸ’³
  • Being the eyes and ears for our animals, spotting any changes in their behaviour, appetite, or general condition and flagging them up to the team ASAP. πŸ‘€
  • Assisting with preparing and moving patients before and after procedures, always with their welfare as the top priority. πŸ’–
  • Maintaining accurate records and pitching in with administrative duties when needed. ✍️
  • Keeping our clinical supplies stocked and organised, letting us know when we're running low. πŸ“¦
  • Following all health and safety, infection control, and animal welfare policies like a pro! βœ…
  • Communicating with clients in a professional and caring way about their pets' care, passing on clinical queries to the right people. πŸ—£οΈ
