What You'll Be Doing:

Front of House Vibes:

• 🌟 Giving the warmest welcome and making everyone feel right at home.
• 💸 Serving up orders quickly and accurately at the till, getting to know what our guests want.
• 💯 Delivering delicious Nando's food that makes customers say "WOW!" and "Can't wait for my next bite!"
• 🍽️ Bringing tasty food and drinks to the tables, making sure our guests have everything they need.
• 🥡 Ensuring our takeaway customers have a seamless and awesome experience.
• ✨ Setting up, maintaining, and closing down your workstation, keeping it spotless and safe.
• 🧽 Tackling deep cleaning to Nando's legendary standards.
• ✅ Following all the essential safety, hygiene, and security rules.

Back of House Action:

• 🍳 Prepping, cooking, and serving mouth-watering Nando's food that will leave customers feeling 'Fired Up', 'Wowed', and totally 'Hooked'!
• ✨ Setting up, maintaining, and closing down your workstation, keeping it clean, safe, and ready for action.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience through efficient service and interaction.
• Prepare, cook, and serve food and beverages to Nando's high quality standards.
• Set up, maintain, and close down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations, including deep cleaning.
• Adhere to all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
