What you'll be doing:

• Helping out the pharmacist and the rest of the team to keep our pharmacy running smoothly every day. 🏃‍♀️
• Taking, processing, and getting prescriptions ready accurately and super quickly. 💯
• Putting together and handing out medicines under expert supervision. 📦
• Labelling and packaging medicines following all our pharmacy rules. ✅
• Giving our patients and customers a super friendly and professional service. 😊
• Answering everyday questions and knowing when to pass things to the pharmacist. 🗣️
• Ordering, receiving, checking, and stocking our pharmacy supplies. 🛒
• Keeping an eye on stock levels, when things expire, and how they're stored. 🧐
• Making sure our workspace is clean, organised, and totally safe. 🧼
• Following all pharmacy procedures, legal stuff, and keeping patient info confidential. 🤫
• Helping with both NHS and private prescription paperwork. 📝
• Assisting with keeping our records and pharmacy documents accurate. 📂
• Working brilliantly with everyone on the pharmacy team. 🌟
• Completing all your required apprenticeship training, learning, and assessments. 📚
• Learning and developing the knowledge and skills to become a confident and safe Pharmacy Services Assistant. 💪

Key responsibilities
