- Quality Control: Format and proofread documents before they're sent out. β¨
- Communication Hub: Answer the phone, take messages, and distribute them accurately. π
- Welcoming Face: Greet visitors warmly and make them feel at home. π
- Meeting Maestro: Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they're ready for action. β
- Mail Master: Manage all incoming and outgoing post, including arranging couriers. βοΈβοΈ
- Typing Ace: Tackle copy and audio typing tasks with speed and accuracy. βοΈ
- Calendar Commander: Manage company calendars and schedule meetings as requested by team members. ποΈ
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel and overnight accommodation for team members. π¨πΊοΈ
- Database Guardian: Maintain our E3C contacts database, keeping it up-to-date. π
- Support Specialist: Assist with the production of PQQs, Tender packages, and presentations. π

Key responsibilities
