About the Role:
As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you'll be a vital part of our pharmacy team, supporting the daily operations and ensuring our customers receive a safe and super-efficient service. You'll dive into a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, with all the training and support you'll ever need! 💪
What You'll Be Doing:
- 👋 Helping out customers at the medicines counter and answering their questions.
- 💊 Assisting with getting prescriptions ready and handing them out (under expert supervision, of course!).
- 📦 Managing stock, receiving deliveries, and keeping our records on point.
- 💻 Using our pharmacy systems to handle prescriptions and sales.
- 🧼 Keeping our pharmacy sparkling clean, safe, and confidential.
- 🤝 Working with a brilliant team to deliver top-notch customer service.
What We're Looking For:

Key responsibilities
- Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries
- Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision)
- Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining accurate records
- Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality
