What you'll be doing:

• Answering customer calls and smashing their enquiries 📞
• Processing customer orders like a boss 🚀
• Picking and checking orders with ninja-like precision 🧐
• Packing orders for dispatch – making sure they arrive in tip-top shape 📦
• Printing delivery and shipping labels 🏷️
• Preparing and processing invoices 🧾
• Updating customer and order records – keeping everything spick and span 💻
• Keeping company records and systems up to date 📁
• Providing super friendly and professional customer service – you're the face of our brand! 😊
