About the role

Project Coordinator Apprentice 🚀

Ready to turn epic designs into mind-blowing real-life events? Join our crew and help us build incredible sets, stages, and brand experiences for top corporate clients across the UK and Europe! 🌍✨

This isn't just a job; it's your chance to be the backbone of our projects, working closely with our leadership team. You'll be instrumental in making sure everything runs like clockwork, from the initial design spark to the final de-rig. Think of yourself as the ultimate project wingman! 😉

What you'll be doing:

  • Deciphering the Vision: Dive deep into client briefs, understand their creative dreams, and break them down into clear, actionable steps for the team. 🧠
  • Timeline Boss: Craft and manage project schedules that keep everyone – clients and our internal stars – on track. ⏰
  • Team Sync Master: Collaborate with our brilliant technical designers and workshop manager to ensure what's being built is exactly what the client imagined. 🤝
  • Logistics Guru: Book all the necessary travel, transport, venue services, and contractors to make installations and de-rigs a seamless experience. 🚚🏨
  • Warehouse Wizard: Keep our stock of client and company goods organized and accounted for. 📦
  • Partner Powerhouse: Connect with our awesome AV suppliers, graphics wizards, and venue teams to get things done. 🗣️
  • On-Site Support: Occasionally, you'll join us on site for installations and de-rigs, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch. 🛠️
  • Post-Event Power Up: Help us figure out what happens to our creations after the event – storing, reusing, donating, selling, or responsible disposal. 🌱

Where you'll be:

  • Primarily based at our cool workshop in Manningtree. Expect a mix of computer-based work and getting hands-on in the warehouse. 💻🏭
  • Occasional travel for on-site event support across the UK and Europe (trips can last 1-10 days). ✈️

What you'll gain:

  • You'll be working towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, complete with a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma. 🎓
  • Enjoy monthly classes at Colchester Institute (Colchester Campus). 🏫
  • Gain invaluable real-world experience in event production, project management, and logistics. 📈

If you're organised, a great communicator, and eager to learn the ropes in a fast-paced, creative industry, we want to hear from you! 🎉
