Hours: 39 hours per week ⏰

Shifts: Flexible – we’ll work with your schedule! 🗓️

Salary: £9.75 - £10.55 per hour 💰

Your Day-to-Day Adventure:

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the action! 👋 Serve customers with a smile, share our awesome Star Buys, and make sure everyone leaves feeling fantastic. You'll help keep our store looking its best, ensuring shelves are stocked and playing a key role in smashing our store targets. 🎯 This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s never boring and packed with learning opportunities. We see our apprentices as future Team Leaders, and we’ll provide brilliant training and real chances to progress. 📈

Your Training Journey:

Your training happens right here in-store over the first 12 months – no boring college days or homework! 📚 At the end of your training, you'll have a chat about your experiences and a practical observation. You'll be fully supported by your team and tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. 🎓

• You have a Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• You're not currently in any education and can commit to full-time shifts.
• You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• You're eligible to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
• You're completely new to retail! 🌟
