As a Community Health & Wellbeing Apprentice, you'll be instrumental in empowering local communities to embrace healthier lifestyles. You'll dive deep into planning, delivering, and evaluating exciting physical activity initiatives and community engagement projects. 🏃‍♀️💬

Your mission will involve:

  • Community Engagement & Activation: Sparking participation and getting people involved! 🎉
  • Learning & Behaviour Change: Supporting individuals and groups to adopt healthier habits. 💪
  • Insight Gathering & Local Intelligence: Understanding what our communities need most. 🧠
  • Supporting Volunteers & CYP Pathways: Helping to develop our youth programs and volunteer network. 🤝

This part-funded apprenticeship, powered by the Coach Core charitable program, is designed for ambitious individuals aged 16-24 who are eager to overcome barriers and build a bright future. We're looking for that spark – that enthusiasm and potential to succeed, regardless of your background. No prior experience or specific qualifications are needed; we value your willingness to learn and grow. 🌱

A full UK driving licence and access to a car would be a bonus, as would familiarity with Peterborough! 🚗
