What you'll be doing:

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Welcoming patients and managing appointment schedules 🗓️
• Professionally handling patient enquiries
• Preparing surgeries, sterilizing instruments, and upholding strict infection control standards ✅
• Accurately updating patient records ✍️
• Supporting patient comfort and reassurance
• Managing stock, equipment, and ensuring surgery readiness 📦
• Maintaining clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas 💯
