What You'll Be Doing:
- Be an integral part of a busy childminding setting, working alongside an experienced childminder.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and exciting space for children. π¨
- Support children's learning and development, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and join in with awesome, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity! π€
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. π±
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive friendships. π
- Assist with personal care needs when necessary.
- Keep learning resources and the environment top-notch. π
- Champion safeguarding and children's welfare at all times. π‘οΈ
- Observe, track, and contribute to children's progress. π
- Maintain super high standards of health, safety, and hygiene. π§Ό
- Build amazing relationships with children, parents, and other professionals. π€
- Slay your apprenticeship coursework and attend training sessions. π―

Requirements:
- A DBS check is essential. β
- First aid training is a must.
