• Handle the Buzz: Efficiently manage orders and payments, keeping things running smoothly. 🛒
• Phone Whiz: Answer incoming calls to the store with speed and professionalism. 📞
• Keep 'Em in the Loop: Advise customers on the status of their hearing aids/glasses, whether they're ready or facing a slight delay. 📣

• This is a true entry-level opportunity! You *must not* have prior experience in the customer service sector. ✅

You'll be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, and we'll support you with Functional Skills if needed. ✨
