Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. This is a full-time role where you'll learn from experienced chefs while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. You'll help run our kitchens, create amazing dishes, and ensure our guests always receive top quality! 🎉

Important Note: Due to the nature of this role and specific legal requirements regarding the operation of kitchen equipment and working patterns, applicants must be 18 years of age or over.

Qualification: Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 including Functional Skills in maths and English.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Have open communication with the entire team and assist other team members whenever possible.
- Support the running of kitchens, ensuring quality never slips for guests.
