- Start to Finish: Get involved in setting up and shutting down the kitchen, including stock rotation and prep. 📦

Your Apprenticeship Journey (15 Months!):
You'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard. This means you'll be in a full-time kitchen role, learning from experienced chefs while getting trained. You'll snag a nationally recognised qualification and help us keep our food quality top-notch! 🏆

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
