Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating service information.
• Provide personalised recommendations and engage with guests regarding their experience.
• Deliver fast and efficient service, handling guest queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
• Adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
