Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
- Offer recommendations to customers from behind the bar.
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist in greeting, serving food, and looking after customers whilst they dine.
- Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and deal with issues promptly.
