This is a Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service Level 2, including Functional Skills in Maths and English.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
- Offer recommendations to customers from behind the bar.
- Prepare and present drinks to specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist in greeting, serving food, and attending to dining customers.
- Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues promptly.
