About the role
Ready to whip up some skills? 🍳 Marston's is searching for a motivated Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen squad and help create epic eats for our guests! 🧑🍳
We're on the hunt for a Production Chef to dive into our kitchen! You'll be prepping, creating, and bringing our pub menu to life. Got a serious passion for food? You'll totally fit in! You'll go from learning awesome new prepping techniques, to bringing a dish to life for the very first time, to eventually owning your own section of the kitchen. 🤩
Over 15 months, you'll be working towards your Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification. It's a whole journey of learning and growing, with skills you can even take home! 🏡
As a Production Chef, you’ll be:
- Getting hands-on with all things kitchen!
- Learning the ropes of kitchen areas and procedures (or already know them!).
- Teaming up in a fast-paced environment. 🚀
- Supporting the kitchen crew with daily tasks.
- Delivering awesome, perfectly cooked food every single time. 💯
What's next is up to you! We'll back you all the way to complete your Chef Development Programme, aiming for you to become a Sous Chef. 🏆
