About the role
Ready to level up your skills and cook up a storm? 🧑🍳 We're on the hunt for a motivated Apprentice Chef to join our awesome kitchen squad! You'll be helping us whip up amazing grub for our guests and bringing our pub menu to life, from prepping ingredients to creating dishes. 🔥 Got a passion for food? You'll fit right in!
This isn't just about learning new tricks; you'll get hands-on experience in all things kitchen, from prepping like a pro to eventually owning your own section. Over 15 months, you'll work towards your Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification, gaining skills you can use on and off the clock. 💯
What you'll be doing:
- Getting stuck into all aspects of the kitchen.
- Learning and mastering prep techniques.
- Helping the kitchen team keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Delivering delicious, hot food that hits the mark, every single time. 🎯
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar chef role or is a seasoned KP.
- Knows their way around a kitchen or is super keen to learn the ropes. 🧠
- Loves working as part of a team. 💪
- Is passionate about creating great food. 😋
